LG VIZUON™ LD2700/2800 G AND M 3 YEAR PROMOTIONAL MONOMERIC VINYLS
Our most economic solvent vinyl in the range. 80µ face film in gloss and satin finishes. LD2700G gloss and LD2700M satin white both feature a solvent acrylic adhesive and a PE coated release liner for trouble free printing, both of which are rare at this lower price point.
The recommended matched laminates are LP2812G gloss and LP2712M matt. Both feature permanent solvent adhesives for trouble free wet application to windows.
LP2812G gloss was designed as a print vinyl but LP2712M matt was designed primarily as a laminate.
LP2712M can be printed, but customers need to test it first and it must be brought to print room temperature before printing. For promotional window graphics we have introduced LP2842G which is a printable gloss clear vinyl with a solvent based removable adhesive that can be applied wet without milking, and then be removed from most substrates up to 1 year after application with no adhesive residue.

LG VIZUON™ LD2710 3 YEAR PROMOTIONAL MONOMERICS WITH GREY ADHESIVE
Grey adhesive for coverall applications. 80µ face film films with a 3 year outdoor life in gloss and satin finishes. As well as the opaque adhesive LD2710G features a solvent acrylic adhesive and a PE coated release liner for trouble free printing. Now available in both LD2710G gloss white and LD2710M satin white. The recommended matched laminates are LP2712G gloss and LP2710M matt mentioned above.

LG VIZUON™ LD3800 3 - 5 YEAR INTERMEDIATE GRADE FILMS WITH GREY ADHESIVE
Ideal for board work with 100µ thick face films which help to prevent the solvent inks from softening the media in printing, and stretching when being laminated, making tiling large areas on boards easier. The products also have an opaque grey adhesive ensuring the graphic will be colour consistent regardless of the shade of the substrate it is applied to and allows you to use the products as 'coverall' vinyls. Recommended laminates are from our DigiGuard range. LD3810 will be upgraded to LD3811 for 2010.

LD3888 G GLOSS WHITE MONOMERIC WITH ULTRATACK PERMANENT ADHESIVE FOR 'DIFFICULT-TO-STICK' SURFACES
Double the amount of adhesive as normal. Works on smooth/rough painted/unpainted concrete, smooth/rough general painted surfaces, and polyethylene/polypropylene surfaces such as bins, motorcycle panels, plastic dashboards in vans, buses etc. Adhesive strength on 'difficult' surfaces such as HDPE is around 19 N/25mm, twice as good as other films, and similar to the adhesion you'd expect from a quality vinyl on a good surface such as stainless steel.

JAC D7000 SERIES 3 YEAR PROMOTIONAL MONOMERIC VINYLS
From the Avery Dennison Corporation comes this range of branded price competitive but high quality monomeric PVC's for shorter term graphics. 80µ face films on stable 125gsm kraft release liners. The JAC D7000 series feature grey coatings on the adhesive side to reduce the effect of the solvent inks on the film and adhesive, and to add opacity for coverall type applications.
D7110 is gloss white with permanent grey adhesive.
D7111 is a removable adhesive version that can be used for bus and taxi side advertising.
D7310 matt white also features the grey permanent adhesive.
D7411 has a thicker 150µ gloss white face film with a clear removable adhesive that can be removed from most substrates up to 1 year after application. The thick 150µ face film gives good opacity and makes the finished graphic easier for less experienced users to fit into place.
Our DigiGuard range of overlaminates can be added to create different finishes.

DIGISOL DS3005 3 YEAR 150µ SCUFF RESISTANT TEXTURED WHITE MONOMERIC FILM WITH PERMANENT GREY ADHESIVE
This unique film features a scuff resistant 150µ textured film that resists stretching when mounting, regardless of ink load. The scuff resistant surface also allows the film to be used for many applications without a protective laminate. The grey adhesive acts as a coverall and the high coat weight adhesive will also stick to difficult surfaces. DS3005 is ideal for 'print and cut' labels; an added bonus is the ease of application by end users without air bubbles.
DS3005 is now also being used for short-term (weeks rather than months) signs applied direct onto painted blockwork and brickwork with the help of a heat gun giving the sign a painted appearance. The film moulds into flush and lightly recessed joints but is obviously not suitable for deep recessed key joints in brickwork.
