Fully opaque grey back and our most scuff and scratch resistant one part solution for roll up banner displays.
It does not require lamination and hangs very flat with little edge curl.
TSOP7 is also a more environmentally responsible alternative to existing two part options or using heavy-weight PVC banners.
TSOP7 roll-up is an opaque backed polypropylene banner material with resin identification code number 5. It only weighs 130 grammes per M² so a full graphic panel can weigh less than 1/4kg. This is 25% to 50% of the weight of alternatives so TSOP7 consumes fewer resources in the manufacturing stage and is easier to place in the recycling chain.
Before polypropylene was invented, the gaseous waste from oil such as propylene and ethylene were simply burned, because they were useless. Today, these gases are used to produce polypropylene, thus drastically reducing atmospheric pollution. The production process also eliminates the potential polluting of rivers, streams and lakes, due to the use of water in a closed cooling cycle.
