DigiSOL DS3020 ENDURO TACK™
3 year 80µ polymeric vinyl for difficult-to-stick surfaces such as low energy plastics

DS3020 ENDURO TACK™ features an adhesive that has been formulated to stick and stay stuck to low energy plastics that feature predominantly on off-road motorcycles and karts.
80µ gloss white film can be applied with heat, even on to complex curved surfaces as found on modern dirt bikes.

Available in 50M rolls in widths of 1371mm.

Use the following matched laminates:
It is vitally important for this application that you use one of the following laminates as they feature an adhesive system that is a 100% match to the DS3020 printable film.
These combinations are the only ones that have been tested on off-road bikes and have been found to work.
For extreme applications such as dirt bike graphics, the ENDURO GUARD™ range of laminates come in two different thicknesses that offer different levels of protection to dirt bikes. These will help you to produce glossier, tougher and thicker graphics more easily.

GV10-70 ENDURO GUARD INTERMEDIATE™ ULTRA
This is a 250µ / 10mil ultra gloss durable protective laminate that gives a wet look finish to printed decals. It is the softest and easiest of the laminates to work with. Ideal for karts, trail riders and the occasional racer.

GV15-80 ENDURO GUARD SEMI-PRO™
This is a 375µ / 15mil ultra gloss durable protective laminate that gives a wet look finish to printed decals. Being slightly thicker and more rigid it is a little trickier to work over complex curves but offers more protection than the INTERMEDIATE grade. An economical solution for the more frequent clubman rider.
