Vinyl Sheets and Rolls for Screen Printing:

We've recently introduced some media for Screen Printing that is available in either sheets or on rolls.

These include screen printing vinyls that come in sheets or rolls from the Avery Dennison 400 Series, a range of 90µ, 2 year vinyls available in:

  • Gloss White with permanent, removable or supertack adhesive
  • Matt White, Matt Black and Gloss Black with permanent adhesive
  • Gloss Transparent with removable adheive
  • Gloss Yellow permanent adhesive

Featuring excellent conversion and printing characteristics, the 400 Opaque and 400 Transparent Series can be screen printed with most common screen inks for self-adhesive films and have outstanding layflatness and dimensional stability with superb outdoor exposure properties.

We also have Avery Dennison 180 Solid Foil Matte Chrome Film which has an attractive metallic apearance and is available in sheets of 700mm x 1,000mm in packs of 100 sheets.
Recommended for use in plain and embossed nameplates, decorative trim and labels, heat exposure applications, durable machine emblems and serial numbers and machinery reference labels and instructions

Avery Dennison Superscreen 100 is a 100µ gloss white monomeric vinyl film with removable adhesive for a wide variety of relatively short term applications and is available in rolls of 1,260mm x 1,400M.
Recommended for use on mobile promotions such as on buses, advertising and display signage and on billboards.

Avery Dennison 710 comes in sheets and is from the range of Avery Dennison Polyester Series Films.
They are ideal for adding an element of glamour to glass windows and panels, mirrors and screens, emblems and nameplates, as well as to other transparent and opaque surfaces in interior and exterior design applications
