DIGIGUARD 80µ PVC 3 YEAR OVERLAMINATE IN ULTRA GLOSS, SEMI-MATT AND MATT TEXTURED
Available in satin, textured matt scratch resist and high clarity ultra gloss. A 3 year outdoor life PVC pressure sensitive overlaminating film designed to shield digital prints against the effects of UV and mechanical wear and tear. Will successfully block out 60% of UVa light, significantly extending the colourfastness of the finished print. The 80µ PVC face films are colour neutral so will not significantly alter the shades of the print being laminated. The adhesive is a high coat weight photograde clear solvent acrylic that will flow almost immediately with virtually no silvering and will even bond successfully to prints with heavily inked areas. Most manufacturers recommend that inkjet prints should generally be left between 4 and 24 hours, dependent on the product and the atmospheric conditions, before being overlaminated. TV3-60 matt textured scratch resist is the most commonly used laminate for banner stands as it offers good scuff and scratch resistance without dulling the image.

DIGIGUARD TV5-70 MATT TEXTURED 125µ PVC 3 YEAR SCRATCH RESISTANT OVERLAMINATE
To give your graphics increased scratch resistance and rigidity for applications such as pop-ups and roll-ups. A thicker than normal 125µ 3 year outdoor life PVC pressure sensitive overlaminating film that will successfully block out 70% of UVa light. This will significantly extend the colourfastness of the finished print. The 125µ matt textured PVC face film is colour neutral so will not significantly alter the shades of the print being laminated. The adhesive is a high coat weight photograde clear solvent acrylic that will flow almost immediately with virtually no silvering and will even bond successfully to prints with heavily inked areas.

DIGIGUARD AG2-30 50µ GLOSS CLEAR ANTI-GRAFFITI 3 YEAR OVERLAMINATE
An improved but lower cost version of our older AG2-90 product. The improvements are a thicker 50µ film that is easier to handle, combined with an improvement to the adhesive that makes AG2-30 look even glossier. In addition to these technical improvements we have also been able to reduce the pricing. AG2-30 helps to protect your prints from damage by graffiti. It features an optically clear 50µ polyester film that is highly resistant to common cleaning solvents such as acetone, methanol, ammonium etc. AG2-30 is only suitable for flat sided applications on to printed materials, it is not suitable for protecting vinyl cut lettering. AG2-30 works particularly well as an overlaminate to UV prints.
