UNW8 200GSM / 400µ NON WOVEN FABRIC FOR ROLL-UP DISPLAYS

UNW8 is our most economical way to produce a roll-up graphic. This light fabric weighs only 200gsm so a roll-up drop will come in at under 1/2 kg in weight and will cost you less than £5 in material. UNW8 non-woven fabric prints well on all ink jet printers, is splash resistant with pigment inks, has good tear resistance and hangs well in a banner stand with very little edge curl. It is made out of 100% recyclable polypropylene (PP) and at 200µ fits easily into even the lowest cost and smallest roll-up units. The light fabric is quite crumple resistant and can be taped.

USOP7 190µ OPAQUE SATIN WHITE POLYPROPYLENE WITH GREY LIGHT-STOP - 1 PART SOLUTION FOR ROLL-UPS THAT DOES NOT REQUIRE LAMINATION

Grey backed polypropylene film with a universal semi-matt coating for the latest generation of inkjet printers such as the HP Z6100. For short-term promotional work it does not need lamination making this a very fast and economical solution for aqueous printed roll-ups. USOP7 hangs well with only a small amount of edge curl to the rear. The instant dry coating allows it to be printed on the HP Z6100 printer with our high-speed profile at 13M2 per hour and still look stunning.

Although designed not to be laminated, if you do wish to seal the image we also offer a matched polypropylene textured laminate called TP5-20. Polypropylene is an environmentally responsible alternative solution for banner stands. USOP7 roll up has the resin identification code 5 so is easier to place in the recycling chain. Another environmental bonus is that it only weighs 130 grammes per M2, 25% to 50% of the weight of alternatives so it consumes fewer resources in the manufacturing stage.

UNIROL USFP7 185µ SATIN WHITE OPAQUE UNIVERSAL POLYESTER WITH GREY LIGHT-STOP FOR ROLL-UP DISPLAYS

Our highest quality film for roll-ups. Grey backed polyester film with a universal satin coating for the latest generation of inkjet printers such as the HP Z6100. Capable of dealing with lots of ink quickly, this product, combined with our high speed profiles will allow you to dramatically increase your productivity.

On the new HP Z6100 a 2M roll-up can be printed at 13M2 per hour with minimal banding in under 10 minutes. The textured grey backing prevents slippage in both printing and finishing. This scuff resistant grey backing also prevents fingerprinting. Thicker base film than our leading competitors ensures it hangs beautifully. Laminated correctly you will not see any edge curl on this product.

A variety of laminates can be used from our Print Finishing Film section to add protection and rigidity. The most popular laminates currently used are TP5-20 125µ matt textured PP film for both outstanding image clarity and scratch resistance, TV3-60 80µ matt textured PVC film and TV5-70 125µ matt textured PVC film. Any of these combinations will give a durable and vibrant banner stand with minimal edge curl.
