LD3900 G: 80micron premium grade white gloss 5-7 year PVC

LD3900 G is the premium marking film for solvent printing from LG Chem. The 'morphology' process innovated by LG ensures consistency of drop size and angle across all solvent printers, batches and items in the range. With these innovations problems such as banding, inconsistent solids and ink fill-in are now reduced to a minimum.
The LD3900 G film also has the added benefit of a grey adhesive. This grey adhesive combined with the thicker film gives maximum opacity. This ensures that the finished look of the graphic will always be colour consistent regardless of the shade of the substrate it is applied to. The grey glue also allows you to use the product as a ‘coverall' vinyl at no additional cost.
Print quality and consistency of print quality are both superb due to the morphology process. These benefits will reduce your wastage and help to ensure a quality graphic each and every time.
The liner is printed with ‘LG MARKING FILM PREMIUM GRADE' to give you peace of mind that you are always receiving the product you have paid for and allows you to be certain you are using the correct product through all the printing stages, even when the print has been removed from the core.

LD3810 G: 95micron intermediate grade white gloss 3-5 year PVC

LD3810 G is the intermediate marking film for solvent printing from LG Chem. It also features the 'morphology' process innovated by LG.
LD3810 G features a thicker film than most of the competitive products on the market. This 95µ film helps prevent the solvent inks softening the face in printing resulting in a more stable print.
The LD3810 G film also has the added benefit of a grey adhesive. This grey adhesive combined with the thicker film gives maximum opacity. This ensures that the finished look of the graphic will always be colour consistent regardless of the shade of the substrate it is applied to. The grey glue also allows you to use the product as a ‘coverall' vinyl at no additional cost.

LD3810 M: 95micron intermediate grade white satin 3-5 year PVC

LD3810 M Satin offers real advantages for those of you involved in trade shows and internal signage. Unlike some competitive products the face film is not a dead-matt so the final image retains the vibrancy that you would normally associate with a gloss product but without the glare. Print quality has to be seen to be believed. As with the other 'LD' vivnyls it features the 'morphology' process innovated by LG.
