Since our last publication we have introduced many new products into our portfolio. A small selection of these are as follows:

  • We have just launched our 2013 latex swatch which features around 100 products that are all proven on the HP L25500 and 26500 printers. Some of our standard banners and self-adhesives have been re-engineered to work consistently on latex as well as eco-solvent printers.
  • We have also just launched a revolutionary new marketing aid for signmakers. It is our new limited edition Jumbo Vinyl swatch that shows all our gloss, matt and speciality products from all our manufacturers in one stand alone swatch that is over 2" thick and weighs nearly 1kg. You can now take just one swatch out with you to visit clients and we have kept our branding to the minimum to allow you to promote your brand image rather than ours. It retails at £48 and there are only a limited number available this year.
  • We also launched our Car Tuning and Cast Vinyl swatch late last year. This features products for full and partial wraps from MACtac and KPMF in addition to our Supreme Wrap film.
  • In case you have not heard we have also extended our hugely popular "buy the metre" policy to include our print finishing range. This initiative allows you to improve your cash flow by only purchasing the odd metre of our digital and laminating products and still get it next day.
  • TheThickStuff combination of a print vinyl and a tough laminate for serious Motocross graphics.
  • A range of laminates for UV printers. We have taken our 3 most popular laminates from our DigiGuard Standard range and changed the adhesive to work with UV output, achieving this without a massive price premium.
  • We have launched a huge number of ancillary products to make life quicker and easier. They include products recommended to us by customers such as 'The Big Squeegee', vehicle wrapping tool kits, printer maintenance products and a host of new applicators.
  • Appointed official Pantone® reseller for the UK and now stocking Pantone® colour guides in addition to colour measuring devices such as the Capsure™.

  • The launch of our brand new, limited edition and innovative "JUMBO" vinyl colour matching swatch, which features our FULL range of coloured vinyls in gloss and matt, as well as all our metallics, speciality films, etch glass effect films, reflectives, fluorescents and photoluminescents, dry wipe films, blackboard films and paint mask films; all in one handy swatch!
  • The PANTONE® area where experts from Pantone were answering visitor questions about colour matching and Pantone's colour swatch products as well as personal demonstrations of the Pantone CAPSURE device which helps identify the closest PMS colour match from any surface including textiles and non-uniform surfaces, as well as from flat surfaces.
  • RAPIDTAC fluid demonstrations to show our range of RAPIDTAC products: RAPIDREMOVER adhesive remover, RAPIDPREP cleaning fluid for surface preparation, RAPIDTAC ORIGINAL & RAPIDTAC II application fluids to make your vinyl work go up and stay up... making application a lot quicker and a lot easier to 'float' into position!
  • 'Big Squeegee' demonstrations for the easy application of large graphics to floor and wall surfaces.
  • Demonstrations of a selection of our anti-graffiti as well as standard wall vinyls for external and internal brickwork graphics and standard wall surfaces; including application techniques and essential tools.
  • Car wrapping demonstrations/tutorials from an industry leading "wrapper", offering hands on demonstrations where visitors were invited to watch and then try vehcile wrapping out for themselves under expert supervision.
  • TheThickStuff print vinyls and laminate for motocross and karting graphics were shown being expertly applied and removed on a superbly designed MX bike, offering MX graphic solutions for the benefit of visitors who design and fit graphics onto bike plastics

During the last decade we have built up the knowledge and experience that allows us to deliver hassle free quality solvent products at competitive prices. In-house we have most of the popular wide format solvent inkjet printers such as the HP L25500 latex printer as well as those from Mimaki and the full range of Roland eco-solvent printers. We use these for product testing, development and colour profiling. This capability allows us to really test all the products we sell to ensure we have the necessary profiles and knowledge to support them in the field.

All media in our latex printing range is available "buy the metre" - just buy what you need, when you need it. No need to store odds and ends or lose all your margin in buying full rolls for small jobs.

Using our in house HP Latex printer we have been evaluating media and creating custom profiles to help you get the best out of your latex printer. The list of products below have been thoroughly tested and found to work well with the latex ink technology. The list of media has been tested and works well on the HP DesignJet L25500 and the new HP DesignJet L26500.

Media for Aqueous Printing

Aqueous printing media from All Print Supplies for HP Z6100, HP Z6200, Epson, Cannon and more, for wide format aqueous inkjet printers. A fully profiled range of products which are perfectly suited for the range of water based inkjet printers on the market today.

Keeping up with the latest in printer technologies

Our in-house application centre is dedicated to helping get the next generation of digital products to market. In addition to HP wide format printers and a Seal laminator, we also have the very latest colour profiling equipment and RIP's to ensure you get the consistency of print you demand and deserve.
We have also been working hard on creating high speed colour profiles for these fast printers to allow you to increase your productivity and reduce lead times.

Our Roll-up and Pop-up Media ranges

One of the most popular products recently is USOP7. This is a 170µ grey backed opaque polypropylene film for roll-ups. For short-term promotional work it does not need lamination. The instant dry coating allows it to be printed on the HP Z6100 printer with our high-speed profile at 13M² per hour and still look stunning. Polypropylene is an environmentally responsible alternative solution for banner stands. USOP7 roll-up has the resin identification code 5 so is easier to place in the recycling chain. Another environmental bonus is that it only weighs 130 grammes per M², 25% to 50% of the weight of alternatives so it consumes fewer resources in the manufacturing stage.

Our polyester roll-up and pop-up products are fully compatible with all leading water based inkjet printers:

  • USFP7 is our 185µ satin white opaque universal polyester with a grey light-stop for roll-up displays
  • USFP13 is our matched 330µ satin white opaque universal polyester with a grey light-stop for pop-up displays

Both these products are unique to us in the UK and we have achieved print speeds of up to 13M² per hour without sacrificing quality. We offer various laminates in our Print Finishing Film section to provide both protection and stiffness.

We have extended our popular "buy the metre" policy to our range of print finishing products - so now you can also buy how much you need for a specific job. This does not include the DM range of self wound mount films for practical reasons!

Designed for the fast and efficient finishing of digital prints. As well as the DigiGuard laminates and DigiMount mounting films we have sold for years, we can now offer the extensive range of Mactac PERMACOLOR laminates and mounts. Nearly all these products can be purchased "buy the metre" allowing you to buy only what you need for specific jobs, especially important for the higher value and specialised laminates.

  • LF3697 - 50µ ultra gloss clear conformable cast PVC 5 year laminate with a clear PET liner

DigiGuard Laminates

The DigiGuard laminating films are available in different finishes, thicknesses and roll sizes to satisfy all your requirements. The best-seller is TV3-60 textured matt PVC which gives excellent scuff and scratch resistance without killing the image.

Other laminates include a range of speciality laminates to add something different to your images. These include a canvas, a linen, a leather and a sparkle film. The price of our floor laminate, FV8-85, has been reduced significantly by the manufacturer to help grow that part of the market.

We have recently added in a number of heavy duty laminates for different applications. The ENDURO GUARD™ ULTRA gloss range of laminates are between 250µ and 375µ thick and offer protection under the toughest of regimes such as motocross graphics. TV10-30 is our 250µ deep textured clear rigid PVC laminate that has been designed to add rigidity, stiffness and durability to your pop-ups without dulling down the image.

DigiGuard Anti-Graffiti Laminates

We have two anti-graffiti films in the range: LAG100 is a 60µ satin clear polymeric PVC 3-5 year internal and external laminate film, and AG2-20 a 50µ polypropylene laminate that will last one year outdoors and will suit most pockets.

DigiMount Mounting and Backing Films

Our DigiMount mounting products are available in internal, external and optically clear grades and we have now formally introduced two self-adhesive white backers to the range.

Our in-house application centre features a Seal laminator to ensure that all the products are thoroughly researched before release.

Inks For Solvent Printing

Nazdar Inks: Our range of digital solvent printing ink cartridges for the leading eco-solvent printers in the UK

We launched the Nazdar range of digital solvent inks in September 2010 and they have proved to be no-fuss, 'plug and play' inks for the leading eco-solvent printers in the UK.
We already have over 50 installations to customers in the UK who are seeing the benefit of the fantastic savings which are on offer!

Simply plug these inks in and you are ready to go...
There's no need to flush out your old OEM inks, just mix 'n' match ink cartridges.

Our comprehensive range of digital inks for the leading eco-solvent printers in the UK market has followed extensive testing on our own in house printers. These inks are almost identical in colour to the OEM inks, so no need for re-profiling. An additional benefit is they are low odour. The inks are supplied by Nazdar.

Nazdar have been making ink since 1922 and established a digital ink division way back in 1995. This knowledge and expertise allows Nazdar to offer the Industry's strongest third-party warranty. Nazdar warrants Lyson Series Ink to withstand exterior exposure without material deterioration when viewed under normal conditions for a period of up to two years .

We launched Nazdar Lyson's 1302 series of low odour inks similar to the SS2 inks for the Mimaki JV3 printer and these were quickly followed by their 133 series (SS21) inks for the Mimaki JV33 printer. Then came the 2000 series low odour inks similar to the Eco-Sol Max inks for the Roland DG range of printers.

From the RAPIDTAC range of signmaking fluids there is RAPIDREMOVER for removing old adhesive, RAPIDPREP for cleaning and degreasing surfaces and RAPIDTAC for helping in wet application.
Also available is RAPIDCLEAR sheet and glass polish which is the perfect end to a job well done and will make your work look its best.

We stock a small range of banner stands for quick and easy retractable displays. On the Altona Two range we have reverted back to 3 part bungee poles as the older telescopic poles were too easy to break.

Supplying all the tools you need

We have a variety of applicators, blades, safety rulers etc. to help you do the job quicker and easier. We have also added in some double-sided tapes to our range.
